At SweetDrop Litchi, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience for all customers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Debit/Credit Cards

Net Banking

Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available in your area)

2. Payment ConfirmationOrders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders)

For COD orders, confirmation may be done via call or WhatsApp

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹)

Prices may change without prior notice depending on availability and season

Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations only

We reserve the right to accept or reject COD ordersCustomers must be available at the time of delivery

5. Failed Transactions

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be refunded automatically by your bank within 3–7 working days

If the issue persists, please contact your bank or payment provider

6. Refund Payments

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or UPI

7. Fraud Prevention

We may verify orders before processing to prevent fraud

Suspicious or bulk orders may require advance payment
