Return & Refund Policy

At SweetDrop Litchi, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality litchis. Since we deal with perishable products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of Litchi, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
2. Refund / Replacement EligibilityYou may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
Wrong product or quantity delivered
Package is tampered or leaking
3. Proof Required
To process your request, you must:
Share clear photos/videos of the product
Contact us within 6 hours of delivery
👉 Without proof, refund/replacement may not be processed.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
Refund will be credited via original payment method or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided based on availability
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
